Thanks for this info, Geoff - all gets kinda interesting when you're competing with your suppliers, doesn't it? C'mon, Norwich/CHP: get real: this is completely out of order!

No idea why your McAfee SiteAdvisor is getting excited... unless it's expecting a retrospective invoice from someone??

Change to the previous comment. I have today received a reinvoice for the 3 packs of these books that I ordered about 3 weeks ago (they are now charging me £49.99 a pack instead of £40). Apparently Norwich were not supposed to allow the trade to have these 10 copy packs (at £40)and my customer should have gone direct to Norwich to buy them (!!!!!!!)
After phonecalls to Norwich and then to Church House publishing I have persuaded them that this is not right and they are going to cancel the recharge. How can you expect to run a business and find your product goes up in price retrospectivly. Do these people live in the real world?

However, Church House Publishing still maintain that in future if a customer asks me to get them a pack of these books then I should redirect them to Norwich Books.
Get real.......................

PS, why does my Macafee Site adviser go into overdrive whenever I look at this blog?
