From Author cuts tape to reopen rescued Harrogate bookshop, 14/02/2010:
The Nationwide Christian Trust says it also plans to reopen the former Wesley Owen bookshop in Vicar Lane, Leeds in mid-March and will be working in partnership with Leeds churches to develop the shop with new cafe and meeting facilities. A meeting of local church leaders is planned for Thursday March 4th.

I am excited and pleased to confirm that Leeds will be opening it’s doors for trading as “Living Oasis” on Tuesday 9 March at 10.00 and will have it’s official opening on Saturday 13 March at 13.00. Paul Blakey MBE, founder of Street Angels Halifax will perform the opening ceremony. Live music will be provided by “Voices of Praise” Gospel choir from New Testament Church of God at 15.00. I look forward to meeting old and new customers
The meeting of local churches leaders is 5 March at 12.30 at St George;’s Church centre where the Nationwide Christian Trust will share their vision for the Leeds store.

My son & his girlfriend have just announced their engagement. They are planning to get married next summer. They would like a gospel choir at the wedding and I’m trying to find a local one in West Yorkshire if possible. And would like help in tracking one down?
